fix: noisy console.log #26

Describe what this pull request is trying to achieve

Problems

BlueLight always logging no task handler for undefined when I open dev tool (F12)

That is, may crash my chrome when opening dev tool

Solutions

Bump cornerstone dependencies
Related: https://github.com/cornerstonejs/cornerstoneWADOImageLoader/issues/268

Environment this was tested in

OS: Windows 10
Browser: Chrome 111.0.5563.112

test detail

Following the test BlueLight can load different transfer syntax completely

Load j2k images
Load jpegls
Load Explicit VR Little Endian
JPEG Baseline (Process 1)
