XNAT Connection #1

Hi @cylien,

Is it possible to integrate Mainecoon with XNAT? Do you have any guide or manual to follow?

The essential requirement for Maincoon is to connect a DICOMweb server. However, the DICOM SCP in XANT does not support DICOMweb, so the Mainecoon can not access the WSI stored in the XNAT archive.

I also found a xnat's plugin: https://bitbucket.org/xnatdev/xnat-dicom-web-plugin/src/master/

If this plugin works, Maincoon could be possibly integrated with XNAT.

I will take time to survey the solution to this issue.
