Support user supplied pixel-to-wavelength mapping (not fitted) #17

Similar to #16, but also provide the pixel values of the lines, which will be used as anchors. This will improve the calibration quality even more than #16. However, if wrong pixel-to-wavelength mapping is provided, it will make the fit worse.
