Failed to find the milestone because I had named it 1.3 rather than 1.3.0, no probs, renamed.

"couldn't automatically set date", not sure.

There isn't a changelog, is there? So we can just ignore/tick that off. However, didn't you want me to remove wheel from the test dependencies first before creating a release?

Ah yes, I'll bodge it here to test the deployment - nope would fail stage 2.
