Add default file associations #9

For Atom and the tmBundle editors.

VScode ignores this and has its own rules

@oliver-sanders Can you test this in TextMate or one of the others when you have a spare minute?

Sure, I don't think this can do any harm so perhaps just merge it and let the TM bundle rebuild (I think the GH action is broken again).
