Not a high priority, but I am creating this issue now to move the work from #81 (to be closed) here.

Also introducing the gant chart:

In live mode view projcted workflow timings.

In anlysis mode view averaged timings for resource planning.

Show dependencies to help suite developers identify bottlenecks.
Show future cycles (using average job time perhaps with error bars) for basic Cylc forecasting.
Task collapsing (same as graph, tree, dot views)

Screenshot Tim took of the Prefect GUI's equivalent of the Gantt view. Not the prettiest, but the inclusion of dependencies is interesting.
