Fix squashed content on mobile #961

A lot of the views get messed up on narrow viewports, with elements overlapping and/or aligning improperly. List of cases (please edit this post to add any new ones you find):

[ ] Table view
[ ] Dashboard workflow stats table and "Workflows Table"
[ ] Settings (need to put input elements on next line after their labels)

The table view is inherently not very mobile-friendly. But we should think try to think of workable solutions.
