NetworkTraffic plugin does not work

we want to develop other custom scheduler，so we have Learned your example； I build image from your code，but it does not work.
NetworkTraffic plugin has no more logs， except: [NetworkTraffic] args received. I hope resolve the problem，thank you please！

Hello sir, you promble maybe because of the Kubernetes leader election mechnism you needs some notes

• if you running native kube-scheduler process, you can stop it in you test environment. because your custom scheduler maybe slave or change you kube-scheduler election strategy, impove you custom shcheuler process to master, can be work. you can see this page about the leader election in kubernetes (https://www.cnblogs.com/Cylon/p/16420543.html).
• if need running cluster-in mode, need some RBAC permission.
