I'd like to ask if it can be made to where videos can be played in the background without being extremely choppy. As of right now as soon as you close and app while a video is playing, the video gets choppy as if you were pressing pause/play over and over as quickly as you could. This makes listening to things with the screen off such as podcasts or music unbearable.
Initially noticed with YouTube, but also happens with other site such as Vimeo
