[x] Button should appear below 'Open in home instance' button when on a post page

No UI was added, all posts will be opened in new tabs. Most often there will only be one post since the title, author name, and community name must match. When multiple results are found, there will be a prompt.

No 'open in home instance' button added as the user could navigate to the instance after arriving on the post.
