Can you show how to theme overlay #7

I want to know how to theme overlay and what all files should be there in overlay folder in assets.

The files that should be in overlay will vary based on the packages that you plan on supporting and what theme edits you are making. We'll be adding some more basic examples in the upcoming weeks.
