Create a facebook page for Marlen #35

This isn't really a JZBot issue directly, but it's something that I need to 
get around to doing anyway. It'd be cool if Marlen had a fan page on 
Facebook or something.

And this would be a bit more along the lines of a JZBot issue, but it'd be 
cool if Marlen had the capability to function as the administrator for the 
group or page or w/e as well. That way he could do stuff like post updates. 
In relation to my previous issue I posted, he could post CIA.vc updates to 
the page, so whenever some commit happens he posts a comment on the page.

Marlen_Jackson is on facebook.
XMPP chat appears to be the only thing working.

TODO: Functioning as administrator for the group, posting commit updates.
