Add daily backups #7

Add functionality to have the bot make daily backups of its datastore. This
should probably take the form of new functionality added to proxystorage
that allows an XML-based export of a single node to be exported. This
should probably synchronize on the proxystorage lock to avoid threading
problems, and attributes shoudl be url-encoded.
