Include NextDNS example .log #20

Since many of us are using it, and since NextDNS is very "chatty" in logs, i think i'd be a good idea to include it in logs examples.

I'm not going to add support for paid services, which I would then end up supporting in my free time. If NextDNS wants to integrate with syslog-ng, maybe they can use some of the money they make to pay a developer to create the necessary files. Also, this would need a corresponding logrotate file.
