I'm realizing configuration would allow for changelogs in languages other than English. fledge could store a few translations, and in any case users could provide their translation as indicated above.

@krlmlr with such a feature one could choose to hide ci-related items from changelogs for instance.

fledge could contain a default configuration (English translation, show all categories) and say a cynkra configuration (hide ci and chore items?) + the ability to bring one's own configuration.
