Wrong HEAP_PROFILE_MMAP_ONLY name, instead of HEAP_PROFILE_ONLY_MMAP in documentation #424

The heap profiler documentation at 
http://gperftools.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/doc/heapprofile.html mentions the 
"HEAP_PROFILE_MMAP_ONLY" environment variable, which should have been instead 
"HEAP_PROFILE_ONLY_MMAP", as defined in heap-profiler.cc
