[x] change # many-to-one to # one-FROM-many in simple row-wise example
[x] move unit weights explanation under recode/aggregation maps
[x] move fractional weights explanation to under split
[x] clarify fractional weights: "assume we have access to reference information..."
[x] shorted mixed map example
[x] change console prints to actual tables for mixed map

Not completed --

[ ] add note on Many-to-many links under One-way Crossmaps (https://github.com/cynthiahqy/conformr-project/issues/50)
[ ] add note on using reference data for custom weights using BEL-LUX example (can't be bothered)
[ ] add reverse example for disaggregate maps (waiting on #100)

Also need to update explanation of collapse maps (could have both recode & split links going into a collapsed category). Do this after visualisation methods are implemented.
