Signup Screen (UI only) #4

Issues:

  1. There is no option to signup on the website.

Requirement:

  1. Build a signup screen similar to the login screen. It has to have the same aesthetics.
  2. Add an option on the login screen to switch to signup and vice versa.
  3. Create a PR and attach a screenshot of the new screen.
  4. Link the PR with this issue

Fields required for signup:

  1. Email id
  2. Role
  3. Password (obscured)
  4. Confirm password (visible)
