Added

Added PreserveAlphaChannel, ShowLoad, ShowSave and CustomColors properties
Added CustomColorsLoading and CustomColorsSaving events

If the CustomColorsLoading and CustomColorsSaving events are not bound, the original palette serialisation support is invoked, otherwise it is entirely user-defined via these events
