Scrollbar problems, arrow click not working #87

If the scrollbar isn't visible and the first row of images are only partially 
visible then loading any number of images that make the scrollbar appear 
results in an extra empty row being added to the scrollable space. Also, the 
scrollbar arrows don't work.

Sorry, I got confused. (Did this thing too many times.) The extra scrollbar 
space is not an error. 
Arrow click not working is the only bug.
