  3. EFB app and version: ForeFlight 9.6

    EFB platform: iOS 11

    EFB hardware: iPad Mini 2

  4. Description of your issue:

Heading/track are treated inconsistently and -- at times -- don't display consistently in an EFB as in the webui.
