Add dark mode #816

This PR adds dark mode UI mode. The current UI is very bright, especially during night ops. This maintains the original UI styling as the default and adds a "Dark Mode" option on the settings page. Please see attached images of the UI in dark mode: Status Menu Help Weather Traffic GPS Towers Logs Settings
