original: cause some skins have broken download links, some are broken and sometimes they have stuff they shouldnt in them

users should be able to report issues on specific skins, here's a list with some option ideas:

link is broken / doesn't work
missing / incorrect details (with comment input)
copyright claim (maybe a good idea?)
