When creating a backup, quorum size and shards should default to 1 unless otherwise specified #17

In order to streamline the process of creating a backup, the software should assume a threshold and shard count of 1, unless the user specifies otherwise.

I'm not sure I agree. Such a backup is basically plaintext and I'd prefer that users have to actively choose to make a plaintext backup.
