[FEATURE REQUEST] Change backup path. #594

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior The destination is hardcoded to the "Documents" folder as can be see below:

Expected Behavior Setting up automatic backup and having the option to edit the default destination path for the backup file .

Reproduce Steps Create an automatic backup to stack wallet.

Environment Operating system and version: Android 13 Device platform and version: Samsung Galaxy S21 Real device or emulator/simulator: Real Logs No response

Further Information I have a folder on my phone that is synchronized to cloud storage and would like the backup to be automatically synced as well. Currently, i need to manually copy the folder, which is less than ideal, it was be nice to set it and forget it.

Please provide the user with the ability to specify a destination folder for backups. I would like this feature requested extended to automatic backups and also for adhoc backups.

thanks for the recognition, but it's been almost a year now, what's going on?

i can't imagine that this would be complicated at all

@pepper3k Sorry for the delays. We were very focused on bug-squashing and getting out of beta. We just left beta like a month and a half ago, and now we're starting on feature requests that people have been leaving here since all of the baseline usability is in order. We'll be looking into this soon. Thanks for the patience.
