Does not install on OC 8.1 #1

Hello!

I have a fresh install of OC 8.1, and was delighted to see there's actually a plugin for Slack Integration. I am currently using the GitHub Version (because the one in OwnClouds repository doesn't seem recent and also I cannot use cronjobs).

After GitHub trolling me (renaming the folder to slacknotify-master), I got the App activated in the App Settings, but now I'm stuck at configuring Slack with it.

I created a new App on the page linked in the Readme file, copied the ID and Secret into the respective fields, but upon hitting save, nothing happens. Actually it does say Saving... next to the button, but it never actually seems to save. Can I enter the setting manually into some config file or database field to get around that? Is it a problem with my Host or the OC/Plugin Version?

As a sidenote, even if the saving did work I'm not quite sure how to continue after that, I have the app on slack, but then what? This seems like a stupid question but I'm really new to Slack so I'm not quite sure how to use custom apps (I'm also on the free plan currently if this is an issue).

I don't know how the App actually works or the integration at all, but wouldn't a "Incoming Webhook" Integration suffice? I actually don't really see where the difference lies but.. yeah my Slack knowledge isn't great :)

Same problem on 8.1.1 and nothing gets logged.

I've got the same problem under Owncloud 8.1.3

Apparently it's similarly broken in 9.1.1 - is there any interest/activity here lately?

I'm not currently working with ownCloud, so I don't have any drive to do the work to forward port this. I am willing to accept patches and other's work.

Unfortunately I am not-a-js/php-guy (plus I have a metric ---load of firmware and devicetree stuff to work on) but I will ask. It would be nice since we have to use the slack stuff on a customer project.
