Make the PHP-Sending part set the 2 flags , implement 2 checkboxes

Personally I disagree, read receipt support was IMO never a good idea. If this gets added I implore you to require the recipient to opt-in each time a read receipt is delivered to a message sender. Requesting one on Send is OK I guess, but again not a fan of the whole idea.

@resu-cireneg Please elaborate on your needs so we can find the right options/preferences so each user can set it up the way they want it.

This features in now in Cypht 2.0

For Cypht 2.1, it should be made optional (default off)
