Inspect and fix warnings from Gazebo #3

There are many warnings generated when running sim.py. Particularly, after pressing Ctrl-C the program does not terminate immediately and produces warnings about escalating signals.

The sim.py is removed but on can still see warnings when running roslaunch with any of the launch files test_XXX.launch.
