Opening this PR as a duplicate of https://github.com/cypress-io/circleci-orb/pull/445 because we weren't able to trigger our CI workflow because of an issue with our contributor workflow https://github.com/cypress-io/circleci-orb/issues/451.

Although v3.3.0 is listed as released, v3.2.1 is still tagged as latest in the Releases tab.

According to CONTRIBUTING > Releasing v3.3.0 should be tagged as latest.

Could you or @jordanpowell88 fix this please?
