docs: remove tag directories

Issue

Each of the following directories:

• base
• browsers
• included

contains subdirectories for each release with files:

• Dockerfile
• README.md
• build.sh

Creation of such subdirectories ceased 2 years ago, and the related releases which are documented in the subdirectories are outdated and no longer supported.

The presence of this information is not helpful and makes it difficult to find the remaining files which are still relevant.

The dormant script check:markdown, if run, attempts to process also this obsolete content, causing longer run times.

Background

• The updated CHANGELOG files (see PR https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress-docker-images/pull/1065) allow continued access to the outdated content on demand, meaning that it is no longer necessary to keep the content in the active master branch.

Change

Remove the obsolete tag subdirectories from the directories:

• base
• browsers
• included
