Information concerning Docker platform and multi-architecture support is missing from the user documentation.

All current Cypress Docker images support Linux/amd64 and Linux/arm64 platforms
cypress/browsers and cypress/included Cypress Docker images for the Linux/arm64 platform contain no browsers

Add information about Linux Debian platform support and Multi-architecture support to the READMEs:
