Update UI so that users who didn't open their project in global mode can more easily utilize global mode.

There was some discussion around improving the experience of users being able to navigate projects when their project was not explicitly opened via global mode. Essentially, make global mode more accessible for everyone.

• Automatically add the existing project to their recent projects so they can go to ‘Projects’ page via breadcrumb (that was previously removed in UNIFY-1390 )???
• Handle issues when switching projects with different Cypress versions ???
• ????

This needs decisions around what we would actually want to do to provide value to users.
