Make long breadcrumbs display better on smaller width windows

When on smaller width screens, the breadcrumbs don’t display well.

if we do what we normally do in this situation the solution would be “truncate + tooltip”. We could also consider hiding the testing type completely at this size. And the “Projects” link will not be there 90% of the time (since it should only appear if you have opened the app via global mode). So that may let us get out of this gracefully.
