Project list - handle project no longer found locally at path

Acceptance Criteria

• Projects which are no longer found at the path (since we cache the path in the users OS cache) are removed, meaning there isn’t like a “project not found”… if its moved and we can’t find it when we look it up, we slice it out of the stored array (context)
