About

This epic serves to track the issues arising from the Tech Brief: Restore Confidence in CI. Specifically, it will track the one-time action items as specified in the proposal:

Take one-time action to:

- Disable and log issues for all flaky tests reported by CircleCI.
- Encapsulate all logged issues within a shared epic specifically created for this effort.
- Comment out flaky Percy snapshots in specs, linking to GH issue with a TODO to incrementally restore them, so that Percy is green unless UI changes are made.
