Job
- Only run on develop when package.json version was bumped
- Run Write Script to Aggregate Changes from Git History
- Delay start by 25 min if possible given average workflow runs
- Run “Test Workflows Passed” script till it passes
- Run “App Release Script - part 1”
- Halt CI
  - Validate binary pushed to npm with dev tag
  - Review cypress-docker-images PR opened by release workflow
  - Review x.x.x-release PR in cypress-documentation for doc changes associated with code changes (other than changelog)
- Once verified, Run “App Release Script - part 2”

Update release process to say this is manual but explains what happens under the hood (SHOULD point to scripts' docs for each step).
