Updating the repository to UFR #47

I'm helping update repositories to Google's United Font Repro format, as well as correcting STAT table issues in variable fonts. As an added benefit to this process, the font will now build automatically when PRs are accepted.

Other changes

Also added SemiBold to the full weight run. Closes #43 Closes #44

Once merged in, we'll submit an update to Google Fonts. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

@aaronbell Ҧҧ have been deprecated and replaced with Ԥ in Abkhaz, that is why they are also removed from GF Glyph Sets. But I don't mind having them in the font.
