registration/login feature #1

Create pages for registration and logging in.

Required:

/login
/logout
/join

Optional:

/login/auth/facebook

Design:

Single user can login in with any linked login method. (username/password, fb, google, twitter, etc.)

We need to decide first what information that we wants to put it in the site. Any ideas?
