invite/whitelist member #2

Members should be able to invite other imlab members. After entering the email the user wanted to invite, that email should be added to the whiltelist table in database. An email invite will be send, and that email will be allow to register.

/invite
/whitelist

Tasks:

whitelist table in database
invite page
email send
modify registration to check whitelist
