Merge changes/fixes/updates #45

All the content has been tested using the related test github project : https://github.com/cartemere/org.openhab.binding.rflink.test

There is one commit to adjust (or revert the code afterwards if you don't want to implement it) :

[BUILD] auto deploy JAR to github/release as it contains keys to deploy using my travis profile on my github fork. I should obviously not work on another repository.

to create a token with the required credential, you can refer to the official documentation : https://help.github.com/articles/creating-a-personal-access-token-for-the-command-line/
