Create a log file #4

As Silvana suggested, a log file should be created to easily conserve information about import, especially about deleted exchanges.

Is it possible to have an option to manually decide whether or not to delete the exchanges? Because people may come up with a way to automate the matching between an exchange and a default provider (e.g., by performing similarity search in EcoInvent's database overview xlsx file).
