Ability to disable Distract on Red Mage Trust #102

Currently, the Red Mage Trust (main or sub job) automatically casts Distract when its accuracy falls below 80%.

Expected behavior: I can disable this with a mode.

Actual behavior: I cannot disable this with a mode.

Fixed in v10.0.0.
