Add little description SLA and DAA #3

Thank you for your contribution, but I generally try to only define terms when I know with certainty what they mean and that the definition is the "official" one from MediaTek (or a similar authoritative source), so I won't be merging this PR. As far as I can tell, the source of the definition for SLA is from some forum, and I haven't been able to confirm that this is the official meaning of the term. And while the definition you've provided for DAA is correct, I'd like to expand on that a bit myself.

I'm sorry about this, since I don't mean to discourage your contribution, but since this is my personal reverse-enginering repo, I'm rather particular about the way these things are done. I hope you can understand. That said, if you find more definitions or explanations of terms, or any other information useful to this project, please don't hesitate to contact me in the postmarketOS lowlevel channel in IRC or Matrix--even if I don't reply right away, please know that I will see your messages, and that I really do appreciate the help.

Thanks again!
