How can I translate the initial page? #7

Hello! I would like to contribute in translate the initial page when open any wps document, spreedsheet or presentation, how can I do that?

Thank you for offering some of your time to do this.

I've tried to spend some time on that problem but I could not fix it. The reason is simple. I imported translated interface files from Windows program, and windows interface frontpage is different from Linux one. Unfortunately, Linux translation is not available anymore since 2019 version... or at least it was when I made the snap. We should check from .deb package if it is stills the case. And interface language is mostly binary, not flat text.

I'll try to have a look this weekend, but last time I tried to update WPS to a later version I observed many regressions so I did not released the package.

Thank you so much! I don't know programing very well, but I would like to help this project. I can't understand very well, but I'll be waiting your feedback about your look this weekend. o/
