Word count #29

Since you're parsing macro code anyway, you could probably remove that and passage headings and get a decent count.

Can we check passage amounts in VSC? I always wanted that "statistic" function, I can probably CTRL + F for ::, but integrated within the plugin I think it could work better.

Also, I agree with Chapel, having a word count, and char count would be amazing in general.

Maybe this is worth a separate incidents, but it would also be great to see the total word count of all twee files in the project, somehow.

@BawdyInkSlinger Sjoerd already made a PR which implements word count, just haven't gotten around to merging it.
