These changes (plus backporting a couple of Cyrus fixes) fix the current test failures for 3.2 and 3.4

https://github.com/cyrusimap/cyrus-imapd/pull/3597 solved a problem, where the ORGANIZER had different case-spelling of mailto: in the different VEVENT components. Rather than fixing the tests, my suggestion is to backbort the change to 3.0, 3.2 and 3.4.
