whitespace: tabs to spaces #30

We should do the same thing for Cassandane as Bron previously did for the cyrus-imap repository. At the moment Cassandane is a mixture of old-style mixed tabs/spaces, spaces only, and miscellaneous other. I think some files have vim config lines that will need updating too.
