Under QNX Neutrino (a flavor of Unix), which has no <sysexits.h> file, the default is to assume that include/exits.h exists in the distribution. But it does not.

The workaround that has led to a successful build is simply to make a symbolic link from exits.h in include to the lib/sysexits.h file in your Cyrus imapd distribution.

exits.h now included (it was in CVS, but not making the 'make dist')
