Need to look at how our SASL library can be integrated into Windows 2000. Specifically, can the GSS client side use the Windows ticket cache (maybe using Len's ms2mit code?).

Specific customer that has interest is CS&T for their client. Probably would be interested for their server under NT too but not as sure about that.

bumping version forward. we probabally now also care about XP. (if we ever get around to a SASLv2 win32 port)

alexey has done most of the win32 work, or atleast enough that this bug is pointless anymore.
