Hello, you are A GENIUS compared many self-host invoice apps I have tried....you are indeed a FORWARD THINKER. I hope to see some features in the near future...I believe you already thought about them all

1. The ability to credit a client / customer and the ability to issue a refund
2. Ability to create gift / discount coupons or reward a repeat high value client
3. Digital signature of estimates /quotes upon approval
4. Google ReCaptcha at logon
5. Rating system...to get ratings when payment receipt is sent to customer / or a commenting system...in a form of a embeddable link that will open a portal / billingtrack page for client to leave a feedback or comment
6. Add a start button to work order and arrival time to track drive time, job duration...before i start to drive to job site, i hit start...then arrived...then complete work order...then next job.....then if customer / client portal can give an alert when you start start to give them a rough idea when you be at their place.....I know this part will be hard...real time appointment system...i in client portal, they should be able to see your (my) number to call if they want to change appointment time window, cancel or rebook...or without call, they can prompt by the system from portal....
7. 2FA for added security
8. Existing client / customers added to the system could setup future appointment if they can visit a url to the built-in calendar

Most important: 1, 3, 4 on the list....for sure, some payments my require a by-force refund.....summary: the calendar can be added to the portal page with the invoice so while they approve or review / receive their paid receipt, then can pick a date and time for job to be done...❤❤❤
